7) Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We may share information with:
- Service providers/processors that perform services for us (e.g., Webflow for website hosting; HighLevel for CRM/forms/messaging orchestration; analytics and measurement providers such as Google and Meta; cloud/IT and security vendors; email/SMS vendors; payment processors for invoicing and payments). These providers are contractually required to use data only per our instructions and apply appropriate safeguards.
- Advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) to deliver or measure ads and build audiences, including via cookies/pixels and hashed customer list uploads consistent with applicable law and platform policies.
- Meta advertising data restrictions. Consistent with Meta policies, we: (i) share Facebook/Instagram advertising data only with service providers acting on our behalf; (ii) use such data only in aggregate or as permitted to assess performance and effectiveness; (iii) do not use Meta advertising data (including targeting criteria) to build, append to, or augment user profiles across advertisers or devices; and (iv) do not transfer Meta advertising data to ad networks, data brokers, or other monetization services.
- OpenAI (AI service provider). We use OpenAI (ChatGPT and the OpenAI API) to assist with drafting content, summarizing communications, generating insights, and supporting customer interactions. When invoked, we may process text you submit (and, if you are a client, limited excerpts of project materials) through OpenAI’s systems. We minimize personal data in prompts and restrict use to legitimate business purposes described in this Policy.
- Training & data use: OpenAI states that content sent via the OpenAI API is not used to train OpenAI models by default. If consumer ChatGPT interfaces are used internally, OpenAI may use that content to improve services unless we opt out; we limit/redact personal data in those contexts.
- Automated decision-making: We do not use AI systems to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about individuals without human review.
- Legal and regulatory authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.
